Rates:
Occasional Rentals
$80 per 3 hours session in the Saloon or the Stable room, ($25 each additional hour)
$90 per 3 hours session in the Hall or Barn ( $30 each additional hour)
Monthly Packages
$250 for one session per week during a calendar month in the Saloon or the Stable room
$270 for one session per week in a calendar month in the Hall or Barn room
All sessions and any changes to the schedule must be within one calendar month based on availability, One session is 3 hours long.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be made at least 48hrs written notice for full refund.
An alternative time can be requested based on availability for cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session.
